The road rage shooting happened on I-4 highway Saturday in Tampa. Turner was from Orlando. He dialed 911 about 3 p.m. Saturday when he noticed the man he had an earlier dispute with at a grocery store, was driving behind him with a gun in his hand. When police showed up, Turner's car was parked roadside and he was shot dead inside. Police arrested 48-year-old Jerome Edward Hayes for allegedly shooting Turner.
