The tragic road rage shooting took place in Tampa when Turner called 911 around 3 p.m. to report that a man he didn’t know was following him on the highway with a gun. By the time help arrived, Turner's car was parked along the highway with him found shot and dead inside it. Since then authorities have been on a manhunt for the alleged shooter, now believed to be Hayes. He was reportedly driving a late model, gray Ford Taurus with tinted windows.
