This is the man wanted in the Orlando road rage killing of a Fred William Turner, who was on the phone with 911 reporting the irate driver following him when he was shot and killed. Police have the 911 tape of Turner, who is asking for help after the vehicle following him displayed a semiautomatic gun, holding it up in front of their vehicle's window. Police were searching for a late model gray Ford Taurus, which is the car described by Turner following him before he was killed. The car belongs to the man who turned himself in, Jerome Edward Hayes. Hayes has a prior arrest which is unclear, but has to do with his alleged conduct regarding a recycling facility.
